R1: 4 sc in a magic ring
R2: 4 inc (8)
R3: (1 sc, inc) x 4 (12)
R4: (3 sc, inc) x 3 (15)
R5: (3 sc, inc) x 3, 3 sc (18)
R6-7 (2 rounds): 18 sc
Insert safety eyes between round 3 and 4, about 4 visible stitches apart. Embroider a pink nose.
R8: (2 sc, inc) x 6 (24)
R9-11 (3 rounds): 24
R12: (2 sc, dec) x 6 (18)
Stuff the mouse firmly.
R13: (1 sc, dec) x 6 (12)
Fasten off and sew hole shut.
Insert your hook in the back of the mouse where a tail would be. Chain 10. Beginning in the second chain from the hook, sl st down the chain (9). Fasten off and weave in your ends.
Ears (Make 2):
R1: 3 sc in a magic ring. Chain 1, turn.
R2: 3 inc (6)
Fold in half and place a slip stitch through the ear to keep it folded. Fasten off. Sew onto the head directly behind the eyes at rounds 6-7.
